• The vintage
2014 has given us an excellent vintage, thanks to a warm summer and a sunshined September, which broght the grapes to a perfect maturity.

Our vines are situated on a wide plateau, on the heights of Nérac, Gascony.

Yield of 55hl per ha with 4000 vine plants per ha
• Winemaking
Each grape variety is vinified separately. The alcoholic fermentation last about 2 weeks with a perfectly regulated temperature of 25/26 ° C. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, after which the blend is realized. Ageing of 12 months in French oak barrels.

Colour: Limpid garnet of a good intensity
Bouquet: Cpmlex on flavors of cherry and fresh fruit. Fine grilled and toasted aromas appears when swirling the wine.
Taste: Elegant and well-balanced wine; Flavors of alcohol-macerated fruit, with notes of liquorice and chocolate.
